01 — INSTANT CONFIRMATION
The moment you book, you'll get a confirmation email with your date, time, and package details.
02 — PAY YOUR $100 DEPOSIT
A secure payment link follows right behind it. Your deposit locks your date and serves as a refundable equipment security deposit — applied to your balance, not an extra fee.
03 — SIGN YOUR WAIVER
You'll get a waiver link to complete and forward to your guests. Every driver needs one before event day. Takes 2 minutes.
04 — WE DEPLOY
We arrive 30-45 minutes early, build the course, and brief every driver. Your balance is collected when we arrive. Then everyone drives.
COMMON QUESTIONS
How far in advance should I book?
Two weeks is ideal, especially for weekends. We'll do our best with shorter notice — text Phil at (903) 689-3163 if your date is close.
What's the deposit for?
The $100 secures your date and serves as a refundable equipment security deposit. It's applied to your balance on event day — you're not paying extra.
What if it rains?
We'll work with you to reschedule. Your deposit carries to the new date. If the event is indoors - mission is still good to go.
Do you travel to my area?
We deploy within ~30 miles of Rockwall and Royse City — including Fate, Greenville, Heath, Forney, Terrell, and Caddo Mills. Outside that range may include a travel fee.
How much space do you need?
A standard backyard, driveway, garage, or open indoor space works. We'll confirm specifics in your confirmation email. Usually about a 15’ x 15’ space is enough with a little working room.
